Who the hell steals from a blind person!? He was just making his way through, trying to get away from this area and get back home and this happened. Now he has to chase this bastard down. He’s doing his best to weave through the crowd and make sure he doesn’t push anyone out the way. the bag that was stolen isn’t entirely important. Just a small bag of groceries, but still. That’s money he spent.
